Delete your account

You can delete your CityCard account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the Citycard app
  2. 2Go to Profile
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. 4Confirm with Face ID / fingerprint

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Need help?

Alternatively, email us at support@citycardnorway.no to request deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.
